Hi all

By default, when I discover a Microsoft Cluster, ADDM only discovers the cluster nodes and the cluster SW packages.

Is it possible to discover the logical IP address? – not the physical IPs of the two nodes of the cluster but the logical/service IP address.

Thanks

Pablo, I think I understand the question, if not reply back.

In our shop, we are getting that information. In my example, the cluster is an sql cluster.

Discovery produces: Name XX2K0610
Type Microsoft Cluster
Internal Identifier blahblah-65f3-40fe-abc0-f6538e1ace2b
Member Hosts XX2k0610n1 XX2k0610n2 XX2k0610n3 XX2k0610n4
Service Software

Microsoft Cluster Server cluster name: XX2K0610 Microsoft Cluster Server cluster name: XX2K0610 Microsoft Cluster Server cluster name: XX2K0610 Microsoft Cluster Server cluster name: XX2K0610 On this screen if you click on each of the member hosts, you will get that IP. If you ping on the Name XX2K0610, you get the logical IP of the cluster. This is under Infrastructure, clusters.

Hope this answers you question.
