Hello,

I have the 30 trial copy of ADDM. I am trying to discover a Gigamon device. The model is GigaVUE-212. The discovery fails reporting that it is an unsupported device. How do I get this device to discover successfully?

The answer is in the sticky post at the top of the How Do I forum; we don’t support any Gigamon devices currently so the report from discovery is correct - it’s an unsupported device.

That post also links to how to file a request for us to support a new device.
