Is there a way to produce a report from ADDM 8.3 for all hosts that have status of “No Access”?

Try this:

Search DiscoveryAccess where _last_marker PROCESS WITH WHERE (result = ‘NoAccess’)

or

Search DiscoveryAccess where _last_marker and (result = ‘NoAccess’)
