when ADDM shows me the different dependency, how does ADDM find this out? which processes and methods is used for this? only with networktraffic?

and when i have some grafic dependency, can i export and use this in the SIM for service moddeling?

I will discover a hole LAN and use the data to update/optimize the service modell in the SIM. is this possible?

We use a lot of different evidence to build a variety of dependency relationships in our internal data model, including one defined in patterns in our monthly knowledge updates. So it’s not possible to exhaustively document them.

The CMDB Sync process however translates our model into the dependencies in the CMDBs CDM model. From there you can use these CIs in SIM as any other CMDB CI.

I suspect you might be asking about the visualisations in ADDM. These are entirely local to ADDM, though of course the application modelling that drives some of them will be synced with CMDB.

In the case of the Automatic Grouping this is very dynamic and isn’t capable of being exported to the CMDB. It is however a good tool for you to spot groups of communicating Hosts in order to find likely service models to build in SIM.
