Product Description

jConnect provides high performance native access to the complete family of Sybase products including Adaptive Server Enterprise, Adaptive Server Anywhere, Adaptive Server IQ, and Replication Server. Through ASE/CIS (formerly OmniConnect), it provides transparent connectivity to more than twenty five enterprise and legacy database servers. It can also directly access Oracle, AS/400 and others via DirectConnect. Moreover, jConnect integrates seamlessly with most popular Java RAD tools including PowerJ.
